Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 3. Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- 5. While the chicken is baking, peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
- 6. Steam the broccoli until tender.
- 7. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- 8. Add the diced sweet potatoes to the skillet and cook until golden brown.
- 9. Season the sweet potatoes with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 10. In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- 11. Add the cauliflower rice to the skillet and cook until tender.
- 12. In a bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice and cilantro.
- 13. In a separate skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion and bell peppers.
- 14. Once the ground beef is cooked, add tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
- 15. In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
- 16. Serve the chicken breast with steamed broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, cauliflower rice, mashed avocado, ground beef mixture, and eggs.
- 17. For dessert, blend a banana with almond butter, coconut milk, and cinnamon until smooth.
