Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion, minced garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the Whole30 Almoo hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
