Ingredients
- 1 lb of chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and cook until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
