Ingredients

  • 1 lb of chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the mixed vegetables and cook until crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
