  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb mussels
  • 1 lb clams
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
