  • 4 cups water

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
