Ingredients
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the saucepan and sauté until onions are translucent.
