Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup date syrup
- 3 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edges to loosen the cheesecake from the pan.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
