Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

    Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

    Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
