Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
