Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, yogurt, or nut butter.
