Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- cooking spray or oil for greasing
Instructions
- In a blender, combine oats, protein powder, banana, eggs, milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, yogurt, or nut butter.
