Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole wheat noodles
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  • 1. Cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
