  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
