- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of long-grain rice
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- 3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
- 4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
