Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Add the honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
