Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the chicken breast in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the Greek seasoned chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy!
