Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
