- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
