Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with the olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
  • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
