Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.
- Return beef to the skillet with the broccoli.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch until smooth. Pour into the skillet and stir to combine.
