Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound scallops
  • 1/2 pound mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 1/2 pound clams, cleaned
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the white wine to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes to reduce the wine slightly.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Add the shrimp, scallops, mussels, and clams to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels and clams have opened.
  • Stir in the chopped parsley and season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve the creamy seafood linguine hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
