Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, and cayenne pepper.
  • Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
