Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, no salt added
  • 1 can (14 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce, no sugar added
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Low-fat cheese or Greek yoghurt for topping

Directions
