Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- 3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
- 4. Layer one slice of cheese, tomato slices, minced garlic, and another slice of cheese on top of the bread.
- 5. Place the second slice of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese.
