Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium swede, diced
  • 200g tempeh, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

    Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, and vegetable broth in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add tempeh and cook until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
