- 4 slices of bread
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
