Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (4-5 pounds)
- 1 can of beer (12 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Open the can of beer and pour out (or drink) about half.

Place chicken over the beer can by inserting the can into the cavity.

Place chicken on the grill, cover, and cook for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
