Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can of beer
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.

- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken, including the cavity.
- Open the can of beer and take a few sips to make room for the chicken.
