Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
- 1/2 pound cooked crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice the large cucumber lengthwise into thin strips using a mandoline or vegetable peeler.
- 2. Lay the cucumber strips flat on a clean surface, slightly overlapping each other.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt.
- 4. Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture onto the cucumber strips.
- 5. Place a layer of avocado, carrot, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, mango, shrimp, and crab meat on top of the sauce.
- 6. Roll up the cucumber strips tightly, starting from one end.
- 7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Serve the sushi naruto roll with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
