Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 pound cooked crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • 1. Slice the large cucumber lengthwise into thin strips using a mandoline or vegetable peeler.
  • 2. Lay the cucumber strips flat on a clean surface, slightly overlapping each other.
  • 3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt.
  • 4. Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture onto the cucumber strips.
  • 5. Place a layer of avocado, carrot, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber, mango, shrimp, and crab meat on top of the sauce.
  • 6. Roll up the cucumber strips tightly, starting from one end.
  • 7. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  • 8. Serve the sushi naruto roll with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
