Ingredients

  • 3¼ cups bread flour
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • ⅓ cup cold water
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Napa cabbage leaves for steaming
