Ingredients

  • 1 cup amla juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat the amla juice, sugar, and water over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and fresh cream until well combined.
  • Add the cooled amla mixture to the condensed milk mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in the chopped nuts, raisins, and cardamom powder.
  • Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or individual serving bowls.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
