Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
