  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  • 1/4 cup diced firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
