Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 package ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup diced tofu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat a small skillet over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms, green onions, carrots, tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot.
- Add the cooked vegetables to the pot and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
