  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
