Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole wheat noodles
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
