Ingredients
- 4 green peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the green peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Add the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Fill each green pepper with the beef and rice mixture. Place the peppers in a baking dish.
