Ingredients
- 4 large green peppers
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup cooked basmati rice
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Halve the green peppers lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic, cooking until beef is browned.

Stir in cooked rice, drained tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Mix well.

Fill each pepper half with the beef mixture. Arrange peppers in a baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes until peppers are tender.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the peppers and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
