  • 4 green peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Cut the tops off the green peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
