Ingredients

  • 4 large green peppers
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked basmati rice
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Halve the green peppers lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic, cooking until beef is browned.
