Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- 2. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
