Ingredients

  • 200g all-purpose flour
  • 100g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 150ml heavy cream
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

    Add the egg and mix to form a dough. Press into a tart pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
