Ingredients
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 100g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 large egg
- 150ml heavy cream
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 50g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
