  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into halves lengthwise.
