Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (cashews and almonds)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, sea salt

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

    In a food processor, pulse soaked dates, nuts, and oats until finely chopped.
