Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package dairy-free ladyfingers
- 1 1/2 cups dairy-free cream cheese
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix the cooled coffee, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, making sure not to soak them too long.
- In a separate bowl, beat the dairy-free cream cheese, coconut cream, and maple syrup until smooth.
- In a serving dish, layer the soaked ladyfingers followed by a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
