Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dairy-free margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the dairy-free margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
