  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  • 1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  • 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dairy-free milk and lemon juice. This will create a buttermilk-like mixture.
  • 3. Cut the chicken breasts into strips or nugget-sized pieces.
