Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
