Creamy Protein Bars

- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond butter and honey until smooth.
- Add the protein powder, oats, almonds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
