  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
