- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
