Creamy Dream Bars

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
