Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder, thyme, basil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken to the bowl and stir to coat with the sauce.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
