Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic powder, thyme, basil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken to the bowl and stir to coat with the sauce.
