Ingredients
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Boil the water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped green onions and cook until softened.
- 3. Add the milk, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese to the pot. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.
- 4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and toss to coat them in the creamy cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Serve the creamy cheese ramen hot, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired.
