Ingredients

  • 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Boil the water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped green onions and cook until softened.
  • 3. Add the milk, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese to the pot. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • 4. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and toss to coat them in the creamy cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
