Ingredients
- 1 cup of cpod
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
