Ingredients
- 1 cow intestine
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the cow intestine thoroughly and remove any excess fat or debris.
- 2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cow intestine. Cook for 1 hour or until tender.
- 3. Drain the cow intestine and let it cool. Once cooled, slice it into thin strips.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mash the fresh strawberries with a fork until they reach a smooth consistency.
